Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of LoopViral, operated by LoopViral. By using the app you accept them.

1. The service

LoopViral helps research niches, produce original videos with AI and publish them to channels the user owns. It is a private beta: it may change, be interrupted or contain errors, and it is provided "as is".

2. Access

Access is by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything done with them.

3. Your content and your channels

• You may only connect channels you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you approve and publish, and for complying with each platform's rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service.
• The content you generate is yours. You allow us to process it only to provide the service to you.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use LoopViral to:

• reupload or translate other people's content without authorisation;
• impersonate others;
• spread misleading or illegal content;
• publish to accounts you do not control;
• evade platform rules on synthetic or inauthentic content.

5. AI-generated content

AI-generated text, voices and images may contain errors. Review the facts before approving a video. Synthetic media is disclosed by default when publishing.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LoopViral is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or platform decisions about your channels, such as demonetisation or video removals.

7. Ending access

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
