Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
This policy explains what data LoopViral ("LoopViral", "we") processes when you use the LoopViral application, and why.
1. What LoopViral is
LoopViral is a tool for producing original videos and publishing them to channels the user owns. It is currently in private use and access is by invitation only.
2. Data we process
- Access: the username and password used to sign in to the panel.
- Google and YouTube data, only if you connect a channel and give your consent:
- the channel's ID, title and handle;
- an OAuth refresh token, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM);
- the IDs of the videos we publish for you;
- the statistics of those videos (views, likes and comments).
- Content you create: channels, scripts, audio and videos generated in the app.
- Public market data: public titles and statistics of YouTube videos and channels, retrieved through the YouTube API to analyse trends.
3. Google permissions we request and why
youtube.upload: upload the videos you approve to your channel.youtube.readonly: identify your channel and read data about your videos.yt-analytics.readonly: read the metrics of your own videos to improve the next ones.
We never publish anything without your prior approval in the app, and we do not access any other data in your Google account.
4. Limited use of Google data
LoopViral's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, Google user data:
- is not sold;
- is not used for advertising;
- is not used to train AI models;
- is not transferred to third parties, except to the providers that host the service and only as far as needed to provide it.
5. YouTube API Services
LoopViral uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google processes your data under the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Service providers
To provide the service we use these providers, which process data on our behalf:
- hosting and database on Railway;
- script generation with Anthropic, which receives the video's topic and instructions, not your Google data;
- optionally, synthetic voice with ElevenLabs.
7. Retention and deletion
The token is kept while the channel is connected. Statistics are kept while you use the service.
You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions or by disconnecting the channel. You can also ask us to delete your data by writing to LoopViral, and we will do so within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only stores the credentials used to sign in to the panel.
9. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection or portability of your data by writing to LoopViral. If you live in the EU, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If the change affects Google data, we will ask for your consent again.
